It is advertised at the bottom of https://www.elitedangerous.com/ so I guess it is official?

If it was advertised and is not fixed in a timely manner that is when you call the company. It is not a matter of dealing with the CS or Dev teams because this is something their bosses need to impress on them as a priority so that they don't end up with egg on their face or a lawsuit bogging them down.

Been toing and froing with support for the past 2 days.....

Chap (ruckyboy) posted on the bugs forum today that he had the same problem and had been banging his head for months.....And then said he'd sussed it.....So I followed his instructions and lo and behold BINGO......

I'm back in the saddle again........

Now to announce the good news in game to that twat Flip.....Make his day this will......

Hey all - I'm getting my TrackIR pro on Monday, just ordered it a few hours ago on Amazon... I got worried when I read the first page of posts on this topic, I'm glad there's a solution available now!

Just install the TrackIR software to C:\ and all will be fine.......

And if you have never used TrackIR before you are in for a game changing experience.......
