I find it incredibly annoying that FD have allowed duplicate names. having this person and many others who have by passed the naming system by just adding a character is a joke, though the han solo name is probably one of the worst offenders for having many variants.

Have to agree with you there. What if someone with such a similar name say, in open play shoots his laser load and the person with the original name decides to go into open play just because and is attacked in retaliation for the other's actions?

I actually joined Mobius., just for that, but forgot to check it further. As I recall I was the only one in the group. Will double check and report back.

Edit: The overall group says there is 1 in the group. When I try to see the members list, it says "waiting for server response, please wait", and the game freezes. I remember this happened last time I tried to check. The group seems broken, if this is at all possible....

What are Frontier thinking about? This is just confusing and at worst a deliberate attempt to confuse. They need to be far stricter on this, they have already made a mess of the commander names. The other night I met a Jame.son! Now people paid big bucks to have the name Jameson during the kickstarter. Allowing crap like that to slip through isn't right at all.

Has anyone contacted someone at Frontier to raise this?
