Interesting design choice. Going for the rugged surface approach I see. Interested to hear impressions during combat. :)

Gets my 'Paw of Approval' :D

It's a nice 'soft' plastic so the tactility is good and being flat & ridged means less slippage hence greater precision. No more moving thumb from one side of the 'cone' to the other to reverse direction :)

Only very slight negative is it's slightly further to the 'B' button now but I reckon the trade-off is more than worth it.
