You don't need 1000w PSU. I am running almost the same components plus 980Ti on a 750

Yeah - id done the calculations but I had knocking around in my "spares" a 700w and a 1000w, the 700w only had 2 12v rails for the mobo, wouldn't boot up with the memory in due to Insufficient power, mobo needs 4 rails - tried to save money by utilising what I had around me :)
