Military Grade Composite for Clipper
Been looking around but can't find an outfitter that sells Military Grade Composit bulkheads for the Imperial Clipper. Anyone know of a place to score this upgrade?

You do not have to pledge alliance, everyone gets 15% discount in LYR controlled systems.
