By the way, there is the webtool I am using. It works mostly as spreadsheet, but it does some extra stuff like calculating best profit in nearby systems from my data and also shows some other gathered (mostly average) prices. It's pretty simple tool, I don't want to strip all the fun with displaying things like best profits in whole galaxy, route planning, etc. I wrote it purely just for myself, but - if there will be some interest and somebody needs something like this, I can share it within this group (and just for this group) after some modifications and fixes. There can be also option to hide other data and not share your data with others too, if you need to keep your stuff in private. The idea behind this tool is to help with trading, not to get best profits ever. ;)

That looks ultra cool, much better than using notepad, or stickies. Or even pen and paper. I`d love to give it a go.

Alright, I will finish it during weekend probably, so I will send you access details when ready. :)
If anyone else will want access here too, just drop me a PM.

That looks very good, Artie!

That does look very good, the kind of tool I'd actually use if you could pry me away from pen and paper.

I wonder if this could be used with that Overwolf thing that someone else mentioned in another thread (for Teamspeak overlay)? It also has a browser overlay which would be much nicer than alt-tabbing away from Elite and risking all kinds of mayhem.

Might have to give that a try...

Yes, it can be used in any browser, including overlay browser in Overwolf (I was not testing it there yet, but I will try). There is no fancy stuff in it like complicated javascripts or so, so it should be working with no problems.

I've tried that Overwolf browser (not with Artie's stuff, though) and it's pretty cool!

There are already some overlay apps like Overwolf (http://www.overwolf.com/) with in-game browser, you can try it. :)

Oops...sorry Artie...I should have read the previous page more closely. Didn't realise you'd already mentioned it.

Yeah, Overwolf is pretty cool. It did crash on me once though, and I can`t get to grips with the notepad app. The browser is the bees knees though. I can play in full-screen now and still browse the net while on a long SC to a destination.
