Just an older guy doing some space faring and while I do not mind getting in a tussle here and there with space ruffians, seems like Open play has no rhyme or reason to the random and rampant aggression. I put in my request to join a few days ago and hope to see some of you about if accepted. Discovering how much fun ED is, was a great thing. Back in my day I played Wing Commander, both Freespace games & Eve *cringe*

Now my wife, some friends and I play in a group, but it would be nice to be part of a larger PvE community. Providing it's as good as I hope, my wife and rest of our friends may join up at that point as well!

Just a little heads up. It might take some time before you are accepted as Frontier is working on a bug that prevents Mobius from accepting new members.

Please feel free to add your name to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

Also, make sure to check the Policy page if you haven't already.

There is a lot of great info on the message board, and we have compiled a long list of Tips and Tricks to help new players acclimatize to the game while having fun.

In fact I read the policy before applying - nice to see a large group of people that wish to play a game minus the shenanigans.
