Sound Volume

I find that when I launch EDH, the sound volume in game is rather low and I have to turn up my speakers. I don't have this proplem when playing other games or playing about on my computer in general. I use Win 10.

Has anybody been experiencing this?

Risking being CMDR Obvious here, but have you checked the in-game volume settings?

What settings is it at? I remember there is a few that applies to dynamic ranges, if you have set for "home theater" you get an uncompressed dynamic range and would probably need to crank things up quite a bit from normal\headphones settings.

Most games, like so much else these days compress dynamics so it "sounds good" on small\low powered speakers and small headphones (every gaming grade headset I have tried is basically rubbish compared to similarly priced music headsets, but I digress.
Also most Music sets I have tried pinch my ears.

Anyhoo, the home theater mode is pretty much for those with good speakers and who doesn't mind cranking the volume up high, normal is usually what most will use, and night mode is for playing quietly since the rest of the house is sleeping.
