Has anyone tried using a Mining Laser as a weapon? If so how effective was it?
I would have thought it would be very effective at cutting up a Hull once the sheilds had gone.

For giggles, tried. Mining laser is TERRIBLE against shields (it can't penetrate them at all), but vs hull it's not bad... better off with real weapons though.

I once took an Anacondas shields out with my laser pew pew ... then ...
I wrote my name on his fricking hull with my mining laser ..
Just like I did on Frosty.. the local snowman, as a kid wi my Pish ...
