So I've been running non-stop at the combat CG and seem to be sitting stagnant in the top 10% and trying to hit a spot in the top 10 CMDR's, anyone know how much you have to turn in to get there?

You'll usually find someone posting in one of these two sites when they crack the next tier in a CG. That'll give you an idea of what it takes to be top 10.

Good luck bud, I hope you reach your goal! Getting top 10 in a BH CG is quite a feat.
