Much appreciated!
I wish FD would have put in some other first-time text-tips and prompts, like they do the launch sequence to test out your controls. It knows when you jump into a combat area, to give a similar prompt, which you can turn off after that first-time. Little things like that would go a long, long way. Almost want to file a bug with a few of these suggestions, really simple things that make all-the-difference.

I was rocking and never really got challenged and thought I was Boss because they never really came at me. Imagine my weeping surprise when I got back to the station and had Zero combat bonds for the 10 hours of work. I felt like an idiot when I googled what the hell was wrong with that CG.....
All the more reason I do a lot of "trial'n error" the first few times. I do a few things, then go back and ensure I did it right. I did a Google search after the 2nd time, and figured it out.
If anything, I think the left and right panes could use a little update. But there are bigger issues for FD right now, and those can wait.

Well, I'm only seeing +4-5ly benefit over the Python. I really love the balance of the Python too. And I can land at any station as it only use a medium pad.
I don't have the money yet for a well-equipment Anaconda. I think I can barely afford the base cost now. But I just don't see myself opting for one anytime soon. I think, at most, I might use an Anaconda for combat, as those eight (8) utility mounts. I.e., a half-dozen Shield Boosters really do add up. Maybe if I do a run to the galactic core, will I go for the Anaconda.
But for within 3,000ly exploring, I'm finding my decently equipped, 23ly (21-22ly w/64 tons fuel) jump range 'Explython' is really fun. I'm also jumping into a number of systems that have been missed because people bypassed them with 30ly+ jump ranges. In fact many times I purposely 'dial down' my jump range as if I was fully of cargo+fuel and jump only 16-18ly.
At least I've stopped grinding altogether, being my time is limited as it is. It's just too much fun to not enjoy the game to the fullest, doing things one has never done before.
